This session explores common challenges older adults and families face as they age, including safety concerns, daily living changes, and caregiver stress. Through light, relatable examples and practical insights, attendees will learn how to recognize early signs that support may be needed and how small steps can make a big difference.

The session will also introduce the concept of home-based support as a way to bridge the gap between complete independence and long-term care, helping individuals continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes.
