Cynthia Lamont, MACP, RCC, is a Registered Clinical Counsellor based in Kelowna, B.C., who brings compassion, authenticity, and clinical insight to her work with individuals and families. She earned her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology with honours from Yorkville University in New Brunswick and completed her clinical residency in Calgary.

Cynthia offers trauma-informed, integrative care and believes healing happens through connection, collaboration, and feeling truly understood. As a speaker, she creates a warm, relatable space that helps people navigate aging and life transitions with greater self-compassion, resilience, and hope.
